Order 2 sausage egg and cheese combos and we got no hash browns $9 for each and didn’t get what we ordered
Service was so bad that a customer in the drive thru asked me, a customer walking in to the store to please get them a cup of water that the drive thru had forgotten to give them, mcds had them pull forward to wait to give them the water and they had been waiting for 10 minutes FOR A CUP OF WATER. I went inside, asked for a cup of water and five minutes after barely acknowledging that they had seen/heard me they gave me a cup of water that I took outside to the waiting customer and then my family left. For McDonald double meal deal. Bun was hard, not editable. The burgers were overcooked and basically all tasted like it was warmed up in microwave. Fries were flimsy, not typical McDonalds fries. Avoid it!
Ordered thru the drive thru this morning the speaker is terrible got to the window waiter I could tell she didn’t want to be at work was talking to her about order she was paying me no mind talking to the next car picked up my order and hot cakes and sausage no butter the syrup was leaking on my cloths from a busted container, I realize everyone has a bad day but this was the third time in two weeks I probably spend two hundred dollars a week there on me and my employees I think we will have to revalue where we eat thanks
