Service has definitely changed and gotten better from previous years. Using the app is great for discounts and free food.
Always get order wrong. I'm updating this because we went today for my child to get some K-pop demon Hunter cards and I was told I was a liar. Basically when I said that we only got two cards and the three meals we ordered and I said well then I can bring the meals back in and you can give me my money back and she hands me a Sasha boy card she had in her pocket. Yet again the same older lady is complaining about my drink order which is all options threw the app this has been an on going issue i have discussed with the gm but I see it wasnt very helpful this woman is so rude shell steal ur joy in the morning not my fault ur 60+ still working at McDonalds
