Ordered on app a breakfast item Got in line at 10:29. Got to windows at 10:30. Agent refused to give me the food I ordered and paid for. Trent, the "manager" also refused, saying they "completely ran out" DESPITE having my order already. What, is the food time locked? Absolute trash service.
This McDonald's has the worst customer service the manager is very rude and not nice at all. The food is gross your lucky if they get your order rite I do not recommend this McDonald's
