just went to mcdonald’s on south willow legit maybe 5 minutes ago. 7/25/26 and was refused my food when i had a online order. they had us wait over 10 minutes and kept re asking for the code and then asked me to come inside when i had already been there forever. tall man gave me attitude and said i was holding up his line. drove away very unhappy and unsatisfied.
Took 40 mins to get a medium fry and a sundae while watching workers kiss and laugh in the back, what happened to fast food?
They were very nice, but when I got my food, it was very carelessly put together. A big mess.
The white employee with 2 braids did absolutely everything but help me as a customer. Watched her open up her phone, scan the front and see customers waiting and continue to go back to talking and being on her phone. Mind you there was only 2 cars in the drive thru, 3 people waiting in line at the front and she was the only one not actively working on something yet ignored the customers.
