So I’m new to the area and love McDonald’s coffee! Everytime I go in the mornings I get my coffee from Raven and she always is so kind and has the biggest smile on her face. Honestly I look forward to seeing her! You all are lucky to have her bc she makes the experience better just with her smile! It’s very genuine. She’s usually at the second window where you pick up in drive thru. Idk if she will see this but thank you, you make my day better just with your smile!
Worst fast food restaurant ever. There has not been one single time where they have made my food right. We even got a raw beef patty in one of our kids burgers one time. Their workers and managers clearly care nothing of the jobs they do so I suggest that no body in Hernando eat here until this changes. Awful.
They took 25 minutes for 2 kids meals. The floors were so oily and disgusting that they had wet floor signs all over. On top of taking 25 minutes they got the 2 orders wrong. Who ever is running this establishment should be ashamed of themselves.
