My wife, niece, mother in law and myself, went into the store and placed my order at 4:52 pm for two Big Mac grinchmas meals and one Disney kids meal, my mother in law made her own order at a nearby kiosk at the same time as we did for a McNugget grinchmas meal. There were about 2 people in the store at the time. We then sat there for about 10 minutes and my mother in law received her food. Mobile App Order: My order wasn’t ready when I arrived, so I had to wait. When an employee finally brought it out, only half of the items were there. I let her know what was missing, but she walked away and came back with just my iced coffee. When I asked again about my oatmeal, she seemed upset. I should be waiting 20 min on the front register saying excúseme anyone is getting orders on the front and everyone ignore me i guess people don't speak English is try on español but the same thing i hate this location

We ordered our food and 20 minutes go by, we stand by the counter waiting for food and nobody approached us for another 20 minutes. standing right by the counter it should not take an hour for a cheeseburger and fries. We get our food and it’s cold.
