I’ve always enjoyed coming to this McDonald’s — I’ve been a regular customer for years, and I usually love the food and drinks here. But today I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a caramel coffee, and from the very first sip I felt something hard and unpleasant in my mouth. At first, I thought it was part of the caramel, but it turned out to be a strange black substance — possibly some kind of machine debris or trash. This was shocking and completely unacceptable. This is by far the worst McDonald in Cincinnati. If it’s too early they don’t have enough staff if it’s 9 the food sucks because they’re too busy I’m pretty sure there’s only like 2 people working in there at all times
After waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru they got my order wrong. She even looked in the bag. Anyway I got back in line for another 20 minutes and then was yelled at because ate some fries.. super rude. Never eat Mcbarfs again. Shameful.
