Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered breakfast on the app at 10:40am, got to the store at 11am. They through out my order because I did not arrive at the store before 11am, and would not offer me any sort of immediate refund or compensation, or other order. I ordered in the app, when I am supposed to for breakfast. As a consumer, I did exactly what is being asked of me in the app. If the store is going to throw away a perfectly good order, without letting the customer know before hand, you have a bad business. Fast food should be cheap or delicious. McDonald's is so inconsistent sometimes it's good, most times it's old. But it's expensive. I'd rather get Wendy's or go to a real burger place for the same price you can get good food.
