Hey so i just have bad experience in this McDonalds i ordered big mac meal that all goes smoothly and then on first window there is old lady she was so disrespectful and rude i asked her do you guys have tea or Ti whatever i repeat few times she said just pay your money and go what type of customer service is that but on the other window there is to young guy i asked they were so nice and respectful they give me tea right what i asked so for supervisor i think needs to review and qualify employee again thanks

Please teach your employees to how to act to customers. Specially teach the Angel. Who was working at 6/21/26 3:05am. He didn’t even say you’re welcome to my thank you. Ask them if they know how to act to customers while you’re doing the interviews.
