Instead of being treated with courtesy, I was met with rudeness from both the manager and the employee who answered the phone. They were unprofessional and made me feel like they were ganging up on me rather than trying to help. There was no reason for me to be treated disrespectfully for asking a simple question. Older bald man at closing shift was very rude, made me and my kids feel very uncomfortable with his attitude and aggression twords some other customers
