Fries are never hot and crispy
Of course our food order was wrong as was several in front of us.
Stephanie the manager at the Batavia location is so unprofessional. My husband bought 3 large fries from Batavia location just for the monopoly pieces. Once he was home none of the fries had monopoly pieces. This was never stated in the drive through. Once my husband was home none of the fries had pieces attached. I called and tried to have civil conversations with Stephanie who stated she was the manager. I asked for a credit because this was on their location, not us! This place was the spot to come to whenever I would come get my car washed but the last couple times ive been here they've been a big disappointment! Idk whats going on with fast food places but seems theyre going way downhill last couple years and they dont even care! I definitely won't be coming to this mcdonalds anymore. Also, they are very rude towards delivery drivers and never have orders ready when theyre supposed to!
