Very mid tier. Bad service
This is one of the nicer and cleaner McDonald's in Cleveland. Service is always great, food is always hot and fresh, employees are friendly, spacious dining room for families and couples, bathrooms clean and well maintained. I love coming here for lunch. Great vibes all around.
Went through the drive through hoping to get my daughter some ice cream. After being told they were out of Oreos… decided to get m&m’s…scattered messily over the top, unmixed. About five different people came to the window, all very rude. Refused to allow me to speak to the manager, lied to me about who the manager was, refused to give me my receipt or a refund. Always fresh and delicious chocolate chip cookies and I love how soft the hamburger buns are like a pillow.
