Simple order, lrg fry and lrg frappe, 2 items $13, sick. “Pull around to the second window”, there’s no line, it’s not busy, before 9p so not super late. Fries came first, I tested them while waiting for drink, warm cardboard straight out the window, sick. Had to ask for fresh fries of course. Unc told me to pull around to space #1, and brought hot fries out the front door literally the second after I parked. Sick tysm for the stale, twice fried, overcooked, unsalted fries. Sick of mediocrity, have robots run the restaurant
I come to this McDonald’s regularly because it’s close to my house, but I was really disappointed by what I witnessed today. I saw an employee cleaning/sweeping or mopping the floor, then handling money at the drive-through and immediately making my son’s drink without washing their hands or changing gloves. They then handled the lid that went on his drink.
