Go to this McDonald's out of convenience, even though every time we go through the drive thru our orders are wrong. It's annoying and half the time they don't even give a receipt so you can't go back and easily have them make it right. So me and my old man call to talk to the manager Katrina, and she was super rude to us, as we were just calling a letter now about the poor service we've been having constantly lately. Automated voice asked me if i ordered from a Mobile app. Sat there for a few minutes and no human ever took my order. Drove away and went to Subway
Came by this morning for a snack and drink and was served by their enthusiastic manager named Katrina I think. She was very energetic and wished me a happy birthday. I could hear her in the back encouraging the staff and keeping up the energy. She was great! Clean location. Food was fresh.
