It is a nice place to get food. Albeit the employees can be a bit rude sometimes, that is a result of working all day with rude customers. I've been there a couple of times when people complain over nothing and it annoyed even I. The food is okay, considering it is fast food which is deep fat fried. I talked to one of the managers about health concerns and found that they strive for cleanliness to keep the food maintained. I have eaten at Alva's McDonald's several times, both in store at drive thru. First thing, it is a bad idea to use the drive thru! After paying I am often to pull into a parking spot and wait on my food. Even if I am ordering a small meal for one person. Why? The order for the car behind me is not ready either so why should I have to make a complicated turn in a narrow drive thru to park and then risk backing into waiting cars when I leave.
