Who ever was taking breakfast orders at the drive thru around 7:50-8 am rushed us through the drive thru. Was ordering food for multiple people in the vehicle and she kept acting as if each order was the last. She wasn’t pleasant.

Stopped inside to get a large fry to go. Watched the workers give multiple fries to drive through orders. Waited 20 minutes plus just to receive our fry and they were not freshly made either. This McDonalds was not busy inside nor the drive through. None of the employees bothered to acknowledge us standing up at the register waiting. What if we were waiting to place an order. That is ridiculous. Also edited to add that the employees did not apologize for the wait when giving us the fries.

The person on the speaker for drive thru and the person that was handing out the food were so rude and condescending. My elderly father wanted to make sure our order was correct since they admittedly had him pay for the wrong order . The guy at drive thru cut my dad off and said we know what you ordered, As I was trying to say we won't make you pay the difference but we need to just wait for your food... lady at speaker while ordering was also the same way, tried to tell her after reviewing screen that it was supposed to be ... read more
