Fries are Never fresh!!!!!!! And Never Hot!!!!!!! That is it, mcchicken wasn't cook, taste little raw, no receipt, nice try.
Went at lunch time, thinking everything would be hot. The fries were cold and my order was thrown in the bag, dumping fries.
Whoever is working drive through lane 1 needs to be fired, I was ordering my food with a respectful tone and she kept repeating my order wrong so I spoked a little louder (still continuing a respectful tone) then she got loud and said I didn’t have to get loud and cuss at her and I didn’t cuss at her at all, and she sounded like a older woman so I most definitely used my manners cause I was raised not to disrespect the elderly or anything, and it made me and my granny upset because we just wanted to order food and she was be... read more
DO NOT GO HERE! I ordered food and when I got to the window they first could not find order then proceed to tell me again that they could not give me my frappe. This happens alot. Why even have it on the app. On top of that the service is non existing at this one. I waited for someone to talk and I eneded up having to pull up for service. Never got a refund nor my food. I will be calling corporate. I did drive off because I did not want half my order I wanted wbat I ordered.
