I don’t expect McDonald’s to be high quality and I’ve been to this location multiple times and had no problems. However I don’t know if they changed most of their staff or what but the burgers are always dry and taste like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours, like the whole sandwich is dry. They also have been skimping out on saucing the burgers so that doesn’t help with the dryness either.
Kitchen staff doesn't know how to read a screen, food is always overcooked and the order is always wrong, maybe one time out of ten you will have the right order, I literally drive to Steele Creek or clover because at least then it's a 50% chance of being right. Start firing your night staff in the kitchen and get real help.
There is only drive thru at the moment and they have it organized so that people constantly go around you in the main line (that breaks up into two drive thru lanes). The way it is set up people are going around the main lane to break in front of the people who have been waiting for some time. I gave up after 15 minutes of this on a lunchtime weekday.
