Kiosks SUCK
No words for how ridiculous the whole food chain has become. But the 2 Anderson County location have to be the worst!
The girl at first window rounded up and kept all my change then at the next window when I mentioned it the little heavy set brown headed boy, who I’ve had issues with before was rude and very disrespectful. Never going there again will go on down to the one in front of tractor supply. They are excellent Customer service there. These young people need to be trained to have respect cause they must not teach that to employees over there
Lawrenceburg McDonald's "Da Da Da Da Order Right" 👍
You can get in line 15 minutes before breakfast ends and it will take 15 minutes to get through the drive thru line. Despite being in line and ordering through the app and already having paid we got to the speaker at exactly 10:30 and they said they couldn't honor it. If you ask for sauce with lunch or dinner you won't get it. Easily the slowest and most disappointing McDonald's in Lawrenceburg.
