We put our order in at 10:35AM and just got it now at 11:13AM. The manager ( seemed like a manager) was rude to everyone in the lobby saying that she has bo control over the app, told someone to call his bank to figure it out instead of just making the McMuffin for him, another guy was sitting there for 20 min before anyone approached him. I waited 40 minutes for my food and they forgot one od our sandwiches. Had to wait another 10 min for that. The second floor! My kids were so excited to stop at this McDonald’s specifically because it had a second floor! We have never seen one! It’s the little things in life really.. We ordered on the kiosk and received our food in a timely manner. Food was very good! Workers were pleasant and served with a smile. Fries were fresh! Fun happy meal toys!
