Placed order online during breakfast hours. I arrived and they refused to give me my order. I asked if they could make it right by a simple substitution and they refused! Terrible customer service!
My food was old, ice cold, and made very sloppy and drippy
Only gave half the order. Then the staff ignored me when we asked where the rest of the food was. After about 30 minutes and having to raise my voice did anyone offer to help.
You couldn't hear the drive thru, she gave me the wrong food, she was extremely rude, I was not at all satisfied with my order
