I just had one of the most heartfelt human interactions I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Life has been particularly difficult for me lately, and I found a gift card. When I called the 1-888 number to check its balance, I learned it had $10 balance, so I decided to visit the restaurant. I was given a wrong order and when they said the order back to me I said without second thought, “yes that’s me” I screwed up. They had given my bag away already. They didn’t bat an eye. They fixed it no problems asked. They were very nice about it
They ALWAYS forget something from my pick up orders, like systematically and its been for years. They wont even refund items they dont give me when im not able to go back.

Poor customer service and arguing with customer about a small fry. Ridiculous customer drive through service after 5 pm is poor.
