This McDonald's is the best. They always have fresh food all the time.
I ordered on the app. Went through drive thru. They said they lost my ticket and pull to space #2. Another car was in space #2, so I parked and went inside. All the customers were upset because their orders were lost or incomplete. It took 45 minutes and stern talk to the team lead before they brought my order.
Waited over 45 minutes and did not receive order. Total chaos in the store. Order fell off screen asked manager and no one could give me an answer to where order went. Other customers were waiting as well.
Our order was incorrect, and we had to wait a long time for our food, despite using the mobile app over 10 minutes in advance. We had 10 cars pass us in line, after being told to go to the third window. At least acknowledge the people you have actively waiting.
