I was at the drive through and the girl who was taking my order was not listening at all and was the least attentive person I’ve ever seen. Her name’s Angel. I ordered for 4 burgers and ended up getting charged for a single ice cream cone!!! That’s so absurd. Then came the manager Shantel- she was super rude as well. Please avoid going to this location. They’re wasting people’s time.
Shanta was very nice and understanding with my order mix up. I would say she deserves a raise
This location has problems making coffee. Order coffee with cream and frequently receive coffee with milk. Either they enjoy messing orders up on purpose or most of the employees are incompetent and can’t read a screen that’s says cream.
