I recently purchased a coffee from this McDonald’s location and needed to use the restroom shortly after. However, despite being a paying customer, one of the four staff members refused to let me use the restroom. The restroom was locked and required staff permission to access. The sign on the restroom door clearly states it is for customers only—and I was indeed a customer. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude in her response.
