I’m very disappointed today I go through the drive thru order something small a hash brown and a sweet tea. I get my tea and am told to park for a hash brown. Waited 6mins for a hash brown decided to walk in instead. Asked for a refund and was told it takes 4 mins for the hash brown. You know an apology goes a long way talking about the manger here. Also how about communication between the people preparing and person taking the orders. Give the customer the option to wait or not by letting them know at the drive thru speaker... read more

Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru after placing my order. When I finally reached the pickup window, the staff told me they could not find my order and that I would have to come back and order again. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s attitude. They were rude, dismissive, and showed very little concern for the inconvenience they caused.
