They were charging for a side of sauce for my French fries and then when the window girl told us she’d take it off and to ask for it at the next window, and when we pulled up they said “we were told to give you none at all since you took it off your order”. Horrible management for whoever “tells” employees to not give customers what they ask for, or to charge for sauce when one should already come with your order for a dipping side. Bad experience staff rude , and to many of their friends hanging out ,food order wrong and staff rude about order in or matching receipt for a double quarter pounder with cheese no onions no pickles
One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to the manager was very nice. She was willing to correct a mistake that the mobile app presented and bought me my meal on top of it. They are very nice people here.
