This new system DOES NOT work!! There are not enough HUMANS in the lobby to assist the over abundance of patrons! This is the ONLY food chain on this exit AND it took 25 minutes to get the coffee we ordered with our food. The employees are busy hustling the orders without helping the patrons!
Service was absolutely horrible!!! Cashier and workers had awful attitudes and the drive thru worker had a smart mouth. Food was good but won't be back to the location.
The food was great. Hot and fresh. The lady that bagged the items did not give us our bottled water and did not give us ordered sauces for nuggets. She just laid food down and called # and walked away. We had to ask for the bottled water and then after we got to the car realized no sauces either. Thankful the food was hot and was correct minus the lady at the end who didn’t want to do her job and check the order before serving to customer.
