They are bad! The most doors are closed, only 1 door to in. Always missing items as iced coffee , ice cream and etc

I ll give them 3 stars because they do fix orders when they mess up but they need hiring NOW. I can see the cashier help packing, help delivering, help the customer with an order on kiosk and on the cashier. So many jobs with one pay? No no. No good. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for a mobile app. Thanks goodness the frap wasn't melted or I will be asking for another (which they wouldn't mind making but it could take another 15 min.)
Worse staff especially at the window NEVER GO BACK AGAIN WHERE ARE WE END UP PEOPLE
Horrible atmosphere NO AC literally on! Gotta save money 🤑 they said. 🫡
