False ad on drive up sign (ordering) extra value, i ask the person what does it mean, they to them it doesn't mean anything. Another thing the person taking my order needs to speak clearly, i heard 17.85 but i got to the window to pay them he told it was 12.74 that a big difference. When i picked up my order the guy didn't know what kind of drink i asked for and what size. I can’t believe I even have to leave this review, but all these low reviews make sense. The situation at this location is horrible - complete disbelief. I know this industry, and this is just bad, bad, bad. Drive to another one.
Just watched an employee named Alejandro use his phone put it back in his pocket without washing his hands and continues touching food. Booooooooo!
