Just went through drive thru which having two orders seemed to disrupt their flow
They mess up my order and I told them if they had it bc I couldn’t see it on the screen and they said they did but I didn’t get it and had to go around again I have had to do this two times
I came in for a carry out order to hear a conversation between employees where a young female employee was telling an older male employee with special needs that he was worthless. He stood up for himself but the manager (Latina woman) did nothing. This continued off and on despite my being in ear shot. He took my order and did great, he was personable and did everything correct and was again met with the young female employee calling him and insisting he was worthless. Do better. While the restroom's condition could be improved, the dining experience was positive, with excellent service. The staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and friendliness. The cuisine, though not exceptional, was satisfactory. The ambiance, enhanced by the music selection, created a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, the establishment offers a pleasant dining experience.
