I went through Marshalltown drive through this morning and the young Hispanic girl giving the food out has no personality at all. I've been there a few times and she never smiles or says anything and practically throws your food at u. Very bad customer service skills. Doesn't make a person feel welcome or feel like coming back. Learn how to be decent to people besides we the customers are the reason u get paid and have a job and by all means get a personality cause urs suck!!!

I put in a curbside order and they did not bring my food out to me. I waited 25 almost 30 minutes in lot four. I go in there and my food is made, but they said that the app did not show I was here. My food is ice cold I did not pay for ice cold food. When I go to fast food places, I expected to be warm, they did not offer to remake it. So now I have to go home and heat it up in my microwave would be to the point of going out to McDonald’s in the first place to get warm food. Horrible service

keeps only giving one of each sauce to an excessive amount of food, they know what theyre doing, its not cute, give us like 5 of them bro 😭😭
