I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable. We waited in line for 45 minutes, with 15 of these minutes just waiting on someone to take our order. The guy who took our order said they were short staffed. Now, I have worked fast food before, so I can understand to an extent, but as soon as we got to the window we saw at least five employees just at the front, which should be plenty for everything to run smoothly. Today 11/23/25 11:30am. Super Slow. Been waiting for awhile now. Sucks when you paid and order on the app. Have to wait and can't just leave to a different one. I dont understand, poorly run business. People a waiting to give you money. Lines! Missed opportunity for sales. If I was the owner, you be fired.
Food is good. Orders have items missing. Service is slow.
Got a quarter pounder and the burger was slice thinner than a fry! Want be back!! What a sudden change .....smh...skimpy burgers
Food was delicious, order arrived quick, people were great!
