Service has beyond declined in the last 2 years. It has been times I've waited for 30 mins for a single frappe. Anytime you voice a complaint they over look it and never correct the true problem , which is the management and upper management treat and train the employees like trash. The last 2 times I've gone through the drive thru, my order has been wrong. The girl at the window doesn't speak and is rude!!!!
