It took forever to get our food. I totally understand a delay but this was a concerning amount of time spent waiting
This McDonalds is awful. They need to change and make the Western Ave location the 24 hour McDonalds.
My chicken sandwich smells and looks like it came out the trash and fry’s over cooked service sucked
I give this place a one star because it says it’s 24 hours which is not 24 hours. You can order your breakfast at 4:15 or 4:30 AM in the morning and the order will go through but when you reach at the order kiosk employees are telling you that they are closed till 5 AM when it comes to McDonald’s service these days it sucks anywhere you go, but this restaurant is the worst of them all
Came from Canada and stopped here before midnight on our trip to NYC. Waited more than 20(!)min at night. Kits if cars left the line after ordering or gave up before. Went somewhere else to get other food and came back. Still not done. One of the slowest MD I have been to anywhere. We thought, there must have been an issue there. Fries were mushy and cold, rest was ok but not worth the wait.
