Did a mobile order and food came out incorrect. Was told to come inside after going to the drive through and employees were all just standing around and offering no assistance. This is the fourth time we have had issues with this McDonalds. I think we are going to have to drive a bit further to a different location from now on.
I came to McDonald’s tonight and I was having a rough night but Damian was great. He had amazing customer service and made my night.
They don't have lemonade on the premises. Ever. Don't ask. Don't know why they advertise it. Ever. Please let us have some lemonade!
I ordered a Deluxe Spicy McCrispy Meal. When I got home and opened the bag, I noticed the top bun had mold on it. It is currently midnight, and I do not want to replace it (as i’m sure this bun was kept in the same space with all of the other bread, don’t want more mold!). I’m not one to write reviews but this is absolutely unacceptable, there is no way someone could look at this bun and think it’s okay to serve.
