Ordered two McNugget meals and only got one. When I tried to call- it was a robot saying “we’ll call you back” instead of getting this rectified in a timely manner. Incredibly frustrating.
You shouldn’t be able to cancel someone’s order after it’s been placed just because they run 8 minutes late to pick it up. God forbid there’s traffic.
Says closes at 11:59pm, they stop responding at the drive through at 11pm. This has happened on several occasions especially during the week.
