This has always been my favorite Mcdonald's since its ran by the Gray family its always amazing. Today changed all that!!! It feels like 102 outside and you want to give me a hot drink with no ice!!!!! Cold chicken nuggets and rubber French fries????
Rude and the hot coffee was like water. And I ordered it early at 830a so it shouldn’t be nasty. I normally wouldn’t ever leave a bad review,, this is my first negative review ever but it’s been so many times with this McDonalds that it should be known. If you’re gonna be rude stand on it.
I’ve stopped at this location about 3 times. They have forgotten the dipping sauce twice. Fries are always sad. Customer service is severely lacking to non existent. This is just a sad and tired location. It needs better management and only relies on the mildly convenient location. This is why we will always go out of our way to go to chick fila or Culver’s. We were really excited about the happy meal toys but when they won’t even give you two different toys for your two kids just because it’s inconvenient it seals the deal ... read more
Idk who is giving this place more than one star. Over the last 5 trips i have had missing food 4 times. Try to complain on the app get a generic message back. Can’t keep missing money and food. All you have to do is read the ticket. Service so terrible all around I’ve deleted the app and forget McDonald’s.
