I ordered a Caramel Apple Frappe and a Dragonberry Energizer and specifically requested very light ice in the Energizer. When ordering, I even explained that I completely understood that less ice did not mean I expected additional product or Red Bull to fill the cup. I simply would not be drinking it right away and did not want it becoming watered down. When I received the Energizer at the pickup window, however, it was packed with ice.
