Stood at counter for 20 min while employees stood around and playing with family sitting in lobby all while paying customers are waiting and wasting their lunch break. I said something and all i got was a nasty attitude right in front of manager. I would post a name but they dont wear name tags. UNNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Lobby smells like dirty mop water and raw sewage. Wont ever be returning.
The two young women at drive thru @5pm were very professional and polite they deserve to work at McDonald's and I hope they have a great career... Great job ladies
