Severely understaffed. Employees running around with 10+ people waiting for over 15 minutes. I waited for a coffee for 15 minutes or more. Please hire more staff.
Great service
I just left here and had a terrible experience. My food was cold, burgers with everything on them had only meat and cheese, and the soft drinks were water. I do not blame the young people working there because what they truly lack is leadership at this specific location. Clean environment. Poor service (30+min wait for an order), bad server attitude (rude), and even worse food (greasy, sloppily made, and items missing from order).
I'm pregnant and have been craving specifically McDonald's hamburgers. The burgers are great but multiple times I'm having to wait 10 - 20 mins to get one hamburger and some fries. I usually go to the drive through and they've sent me to the second window and literally forgotten about me. When I complained I was met with attitude. Also for 11 bucks a meal the service should be polite and quick. By far one of the worst McDonald's I've been to.
