I recently had an unpleasant experience at this location. I wanted to share where I placed a counter order through the app, which I expected to expedite my visit. But, faced a prolonged wait that tested my patience and also seemed unnecessary. Despite my fries being ready, it took a long time to for my smoothie to be acknowledged. Ultimately, I found myself waiting for the manager to step in and address the situation.
