I really am not understanding the FAST FOOD industry’s work ethic these days… Spend $30 and wait 30-45 minutes in the lobby for cold food that’s also not MTO… Why call it FAST FOOD or have the option to “customize ingredients” if the ingredients are still being put on the food I ordered for my children.. Also to advertise “how are we doing?” & have employees who stand there after a customer complains instead of forwarding the message to the proper associate OR making the drink that the machine basically makes by itself is ac... read more
