I told the employee at the front counter I needed to catch a bus in 15 minutes and it seemed almost as if he was intentionally taking a long time. Among acting like he did not hear me when I spoke actually all of the employees I tried to ask how much longer. I ended up having to leave the food behind because they never gave it to me. I would have missed my bus, and I wasn't about to have to wait another hour for the next one over a frappe and a mcdouble. I went to the Snohomish one, and they way it's set up for drive-through could have been thought out better.
