update 10-29-25... I thought I would give this store another shot being that it's the only one in between Monroe and lake Stevens. It seems the service is worse than the last time I came and will be taking my three stars down to one. Happened more than once. I'm waiting in the drive thru for 2 mins and another car pulls in next to me and gets served immediately. Really! Return trip 10/4 7:45pm . Missing apple pie and sauce. Cashier in drive thru didn't give me a receipt or even offer. Got on her phone immediately after closing the window.
I will never eat here again. I ordered a McChicken meal deal tonight and my sandwhich came in a used wrapper that was smeared with old cheese and ketchup. My husband tried to call the store and the number is disconnected. We have reported them to Snohomish Health Department. If you can't even throw away dirty, used materials, it horrifies me what other cleanliness and food handling issues are happening. Praying I don't get sick as I consumed the rest of the other food in my order before finding this.
