To make a long story short I ordered 3 items through the drive thru and paid, was told to pull forward. After about 30 minutes of waiting and a bunch of people behind me getting their food before me I went inside to ask for help and wasn’t acknowledged …..so I looped back through the drive through and after another long wait where I had to re tell them what I ordered at least five times (the employee was argumentative and not apologetic at all) and provide proof of payment which I did. The absolute slowest service ever. I have waited less time at a sit down restaurant. I ordered in the drive thru then sat there for 15 minutes and never even moved away from the screen.

This McDonald's has serious management issues. This morning was a total disaster. My receipt says the order time was around 4:10 AM, but that's only because they made me wait at the ordering speaker forever before finally taking my order.I was stuck there until 4:35 AM. No one got their food, and someone even had to get out of their car to knock on the window. I had to leave empty-handed, lost my money, and ended up late for work.
