Normally this McDonald's location is not the best, but me and my brother recently went there at 3 Am, unlike the Clinton location who treated us like utter trash, the two guys who helped us were nothing but friendly and absolutely amazing, we left happy and both me and my brother feel these two single handly revived our thoughts on this McDonald's location, great job to the late night workers at Syracuse location!
The entire staff here are non personal and rude the tables are constantly dirty, drive threw service is horrible never get what you order and if you door dash from here you never get your order correct either I have had my door dash order stolen multiple times from here before the dasher even arrived. And then to pick up food your waiting 40 to 45 minutes . Save yourself go further up the road to jack in the box.
I hate self order kiosks placed order and wanted to pay cash, no one came to register to complete transaction. Waited 20 min then someone finally asked me if I needed help. Then rang up my order and took money. Waiting another 5 min to get simple egg Mcmuffin what a waste of my time. Guess drive-thru is always faster even with a trailer attached
I spent over 20.00 to order breakfast when I got my order there were no condiments whatsoever and when I call the store all that could tell me there was nothing they could do about it we're service I haven't had
