I was in there Saturday may 2nd, with my kids. There was a lady with tattoos on her arms and hands. She was absolutely rude to her staff. Yelling at them, threatening write ups because she claims no one was doing anything. It was busy in there. The staff she had, they were wonderful to me and others. How can one person be so rude? If she was my employee, I wouldn't tolerate it. Please do better. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable in my eyes.
Your female manager on 5/2 at 12 PM needs to learn how to talk to her associates; from a customer's view, all she did was belittle her workers.
