McDonald's is not the way it used to be
I’ve been a loyal McDonald’s customer for years, but this location refused to add pickles to a snack wrap (something every other location has always done without issue) I even offered to pay extra, but they still said no. It’s the only McDonald’s I’ve been to that won’t allow such a basic customization. Honestly, it’s disappointing and completely unreasonable.
10/10!!! I hate to be this person but I came literally at 10:57pm and the manager light skin lady with Black T shirt still took my order I am so thankful because I had not eaten at all that day. Thank you to the wonderful staff
