The manager John was very nice and replace my drink that was made too sweet from another location. Very nice and the restaurant looked very clean.
Our food took 40 minutes to come out and the fries were not even hot. There was also a hair in it. The dining room was clean, but the women's bathroom was disgusting. One stall was locked. Another had a bunch of toilet paper in it. The handicapped one had feces in it.
If I could give it a zero, I would. Went through the drive through and was told to park. We waited 15 minutes before going in with our receipt and asking about our food order. 29 minutes later we finally got our food but it was cold by the time we got home. The lady bringing food out to other customers put her hands inside the bags and put her face directly over the opening of the bags. Very disappointed.
