Ordered one thing one thing only it was a ranch snack wrap with no lettuce and you guys put lettuce on it....I still ate it but come on!
Terribly slow!!! And they never get a order right!
They asked if we wanted to round up to donate when we ordered and we said No Thank you. We got to the window and they told us the rounded up amount and we said “No we don’t want to donate”. They then charged us the donation amount and didn’t say anything when they handed us the receipt. We then called to talk to a manger and he said there was nothing he can do. Not about the $0.48, more so that we said three separate times we didn’t want to donate and they still took the money.
Whoever was working the 1st window at 6:45 PM on July 29th, 2025 deserves a huge raise. Awesome customer service, was able to confirm my online order while still helping another customer while remaining exceptionally friendly. Best McDonald’s in the area, would highly recommend
