Don’t think the food has as many issues as other people have mentioned, but the service is unfortunately pretty rough. Seems like most of the staff actively avoid the front counter and seem upset when you approach them rather than use self-service. I’ve tried this location numerous times, and it does seem to get worse over time. This is such an ideal location, that I hope there is eventually better management to step up the service a notch.

Keeping the air conditioner set in the 50s in the play place is horrific. We asked multiple times for them to turn it up and the apologetic employe explained they'd talked to management but they won't do it. Parents don't bring kids here for the food. We buy the food as a ticket into the play place.

This has unfortunately been one of the most consistently disappointing locations I’ve visited. I’ve given it multiple chances because I understand that every restaurant and every team can have an off day. However, after five separate visits with similar experiences, it seems this is less of an occasional issue and more of a consistent problem at this location.
