The menu shows a Big Mac meal is 9.49, but I was charged 10.09 pre-tax. It’s only 60 cents so nothing crazy, but it’s misadvertised and seems dishonest if they’re getting 1,000 customers to pay extra every day.
The crew at night are rude and have awful customer service. The last two times I’ve mobile ordered they slammed my food on the counter and walked away. Not happy at all.
56 degrees outside tonight bet it was 35 inside. Trying to get service from anyone at the counter was ridiculous. We ate in had to go ask where our meal was. We're told they were trying to find it! No napkins on our tray . Which they keep behind the counter! Just because you go to a kiosk system doesn't mean you stop with customer service. Would have rated lower than one
