I would give a zero if possible. First the kiosk barely work and don’t take cash. I work in the area and eat here alot with the same experience each time. Nobody comes to the front to take or let you pay for order. Hardly anyone speaks English. I waited 8 minutes just to pay for my order. Then waited 23 minutes for one happy meal. Although I look non Hispanic, I speak fluent Spanish and the workers talk about you . I had to stare them down just to get them to come so I can pay for my order. ZERO IS MY RATINGS. COLD FRIES. The WORST customer service. The back is loaded with people, but they never come to the front. They just stare at you when you say excuse me excuse me over and over. They also giggle and talk about you in spanish. It’s the most disrespectful thing.. The service is awful. The food is cold. Five dollars for cold fries is crazy. $15 For old steel chicken nuggets is nasty.
Don't bother with curbside here. You'll sit for 20 minutes, then eventually walk inside, to stand at a register being ignored by employees for another 8 minutes while they chit chat n joke in the back. WITH the manager messing around with them. This mcdonalds is trash and the reason why people don't think fast food workers deserve the pay they're getting.
