I was craving an Oreo McFlurry mixed with m&ms. I got to your store everything was fine until I got to the window , the manager with all the piercings in her face should take better control of her shift. LEAD BY EXAMPLE. I know it’s McDonald’s but it’s a job that involves interacting with the public. Your cashiers shouldn’t be on the phone ,they shouldn’t be slamming windows because it’s cold ,they shouldn’t just be twaddling of the hair because you’re having to wait on food. It was a nice evening! We wanted to order coffee and tea, but their machine was broken, and that upset us.

First, the food was made hot and fresh. We had some alterations made to menu items and everything was perfect. Everyone working was friendly and in high spirits. There was plenty of laughter and banter in the kitchen. :) The restaurant was clean and not very busy inside though the drive through was steady. I'm not sure if it's the norm but the drink machines were off. They were more than happy to refill drinks none the less, new cup to keep the spread of germs at bay. We quite enjoyed our lunch and the wonderful staff.
