We were served by this sweet guy named Jack just now in Mcdo Sunrise, Citrus Heights branch. Very polite, always smiling and very approachable guy. He’s very attentive when I asked a question about the ordering using my apps. He’s very attentive and has this “ready to help” kind of attitude. We frequent McDonald’s because our ausome kids loved the French fries and so far this guy excels in his service. A true asset.
Best McDonald's in citrus heights and it has a play area. The staff was polite the the booths were clean. The food was brought out to us in a timely manner and was made to order.
Thanks a lot for lack of freshness. Oh and thanks also for the nasty brown soggy lettuce y'all put on my McChicken. Step it up.
The people we're friendly and the lady who took my order let me make a custom milkshake and she was very helpful with it. The atmosphere?...... bathrooms or a little dirty. About the employees were very nice
