They can’t interpret orders, which I’m not even mad about that part. It’s the customer service. I order food for myself and then ask them to just double it for my brother. I pay and come to the next window. They hand me my food (which should be two of everything) and leave, I sit there just waiting for her to come back (missing a drink and a hashbrown but all we care about is the hashbrown) so all that it would take to make it right is a hash down, but instead she runs to the back to verify I’m not trying to steal a hashbrow... read more
