Never fresh. Someone really needs to light a match under the afternoon shift (2 to 3) they act like your bothering them and the food is the pits. Older lady at drive thru, do better. We all watched you pick your nose then make drinks. Pure yuk.
The staff here is truly amazing and always very kind. Every time we come in, we are greeted with friendly faces and people who genuinely care about helping customers. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you have a good experience. It’s easy to see that they work hard and do their best, even when things get busy. I went into the dining room to order my food took a couple minutes and I'm back in the truck get home and I'm missing an item of course because it's to hard to count so I call up to the store it's only been 8 or 9 minutes since I left and what do you know no one answers the phone I called back 11 times and no one picked up the phone they let it go to voicemail Everytime and the voice mail is full of course what kind of management is there at night when I left all the employees were outside talking and smoking at the side doo... read more
I travel through Ripley quite often, as well as all over the United States. This has got to be by far the best and most consistent McDonald's experience I've ever had. Every time I go the bacon is crispy the food is hot and fresh. It's the only McDonald's that actually makes the food look like the picture. Obviously there is some standards here and although a few bad reviews didn't scare me away. I'm glad I tried this McDonald's I will continue to stop there every time I travel through Ripley.
